Referrals and Service Inquiries 

Qarah Care welcomes referrals and service enquiries from clients, families, representatives, care partners, registered aged care providers, health professionals and community organisations.

When making an enquiry or referral, please include any relevant information about the person’s support needs, location, preferred services, risks, care arrangements and urgency.

Services are provided based on agreed care arrangements, provider requirements, worker capability, qualifications, safety considerations and operational capacity.

Emergency and Urgent Support

Qarah Care is not an emergency service.

If there is immediate danger or risk to life, safety or wellbeing, call 000.

For urgent medical concerns, contact a GP, health professional, after-hours medical service or emergency services as appropriate.
